We have awesome customers and innovative products and seek a stores guru to oversee the presentation of our brand to our retail customers.

Who you are:

You’ve got a successful track record leading teams at multiple store locations to achieve sales and operating goals. You have at least 5 years developing and implementing effective sales and customer engagement strategies, because you know how to leverage your ability to build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams. You also have experience leading pop-up or trade show retail events, from strategizing, planning, and staffing to executing, optimizing, and improving.

What you’ll do:

You’ll develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer experience across all retail locations, ensuring alignment with our brand's mission. You’ll take charge of our retail and events team and jump into the planning of the yearly American Quarter Horse Congress pop-up event in Columbus, OH. You’ll oversee operations at our flagship location in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, our mobile location in Ocala, Florida, and any pop-up events across the country. You will hire, train, lead, support, and mentor your store teams and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
