Manage all financial aspects of assigned program(s) throughout lifecycle
Lead program team in all financial aspects
Evaluate engineering changes for cost, price, and tooling impact
Prepare and report of program financial metrics at monthly program reviews (ROS%, IRR%, ROA %)
Sales price and manufacturing cost tracking to latest engineering levels
Preparation of capital appropriation requests and tooling purchase authorizations
Conduct make vs buy analysis and other special studies as needed
Preparation of customer documents along with explanations to customers
Determination of tooling, engineering/design, and prototype costs
Commercial open issue management to closure
Attend weekly SDT meetings - with entire program team
Assist in preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual profit plan

Develop quotations that will be submitted to OEM customers through business units
Develop risks/opportunities with each quote
Review complex bill of materials for reasonableness
Review manufacturing assumptions for reasonableness
Effectively communicate cost data to the organization and raise product cost awareness within cross-functional teams
Develop rates for manufacturing processes and plants
Analyze material and conversion cost variances and financial metrics
Support purchasing negotiate prices with suppliers as required and provide cost targets for purchased components
Provide product cost reduction estimates as required
Actively contribute to departmental initiatives/process improvements to enhance the overall department’s effectiveness
Work on special projects, as needed

Support & assisting in Safety activity and initiative: AMS, safety plan tour,
lesson learnt implementation, HSE training, suggestion, near miss report, safety week, wear proper PPE."
Conduct Risk Assessments on activities within their department ensuring that the methods and systems of work are safe also that the necessary procedures, rules and regulations designed to achieve this are formulated, published and applied.
Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences)
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business or Operations or Engineering
At least 4 years of experience in Finance or Operations or Manufacturing or Engineering or Purchasing in the Automotive Seating Industry
Strong computer skills, i.e., Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Interest in understanding both the financial and technical side of operations and manufacturing
Demonstrated experience as a value-added team member
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally across the organization
Occasional travel required
Good command of English
