Controls Systems Specialist

Position Overview:

itec group is seeking a skilled and experienced PLC Programmer proficient in Allen Bradley and Siemens systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and troubleshooting PLC-based control systems for industrial automation applications. This role requires strong technical expertise in PLC programming languages, hardware configuration, and communication protocols.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in PLC programming and control system integration with a focus on Allen Bradley (ControlLogix, CompactLogix) and Siemens (Simatic S7) platforms.

Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, FBD, and ST for PLC development.

Familiarity with PLC hardware components, I/O modules, and communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Profinet).
