Summary
Manager's Job Description: $20/hr Temporary
Must be vaccinated and be able to show proof. Looking for someone with the following skills:
Knowledgeable of all daily operations and services offered within an account base.
• Embraces the diverse customer environment and maintains excellent customer focus while performing on site duties.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction by engaging end-user feedback and escalating concerns to the account manager and helps support resolution.
• Works to learn and manage all aspects of the RICOH Service Center in the absence of the Site Manager or Supervisor.
Candidate will run high volume/production copy machines and perform binding and finishing work.
Ensure convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections.
Clears paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems.
May perform Reception services on a temporary/occasional basis.
Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.
Ensures upkeep of convenience copier areas by keeping neat and well stocked.
May perform meeting room and conference room set ups.
Assists with the movement of supplies, equipment, etc. May be required to lift 2-50lbs and assistance will always be available.
No driving is required. Dress code is business casual.
The client is El Camino Health located at 285 South Dr. Unit 4 Mountain View, CA 94040 and free parking is available.

Roles & Responsibilities
Interact with customers in a friendly manner throughout the course of the work day.
Sorting and delivery of mail and packages/badges throughout the customer’s site.
Performs duties related to the shipping and receiving of materials and packages.
Learning mail delivery routes at multiple customer locations.
Establishing and maintaining quality controls to ensure work accuracy as it relates to mail operations.
Delivers completed reproduction work to pre-determined delivery areas. This may include delivery areas outside of the customer’s office location.
May travel between customer’s buildings.
Complete training as assigned.
Maintains logs and work records to be utilized for tracking, management reports, inventory, and ordering of supplies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Responsible for the daily monitoring of device service and supply alerts, responding to and resolving service requests so device availability meets service level agreements
Performs a full range of servicing and repair service procedures including troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, component replacement, device hot swap, removal, and retrofits on assigned equipment
Utilizes remote support resources to resolve service issues and minimize dispatch
Escalates issues to Level 2 and technician resource support as necessary
Performs basic and advanced installations, sets up IP addresses, downloads printer drivers and provides customer training on supported devices
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional education preferred
Requires a valid state driver's license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage per company policy for the position entails extensive use of personal car while on company business.
Completed classes and experience involving computers, electronics, mechanics, etc. is desired.
Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills
Minimum of 2 years' experience in office setting is preferred.
Ability to provide an excellent customer experience, utilizing strong customer service, personal and communication skills.
