In recent months, Outbrain has been setting up a new Global Talent Center in Gurugram, India and we’re looking for a generalist to support us for a fixed term contract of 7 months. The role will be heavily focused on growing our team there (full-cycle recruiting), as well as driving key HR initiatives for the office. This role will report to the VP, People & Culture, based in Israel.

A day in the life

You will manage an End-to-End recruiting processes for global roles.

Sourcing and creatively recruiting top-notch candidates and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent while executing a meaningful candidate experience.

Partnering and working closely with our leadership team to design the hiring process and ensure high-quality talent recruitment.

Conducting on-site interviews and presenting/negotiating employment offers.

Building the organizational culture in our talent centre - diversity, inclusion, collaboration, and teamwork.

Be data-driven! This will be part of your day to day to inform hiring decisions and measure results

Lead HR activities, like local events, engagement surveys, benefits as an example.

Be part of a global HR team, raising ideas, improving current processes and constantly thinking in a creative and out of the box way.

What you’ll bring

5+ years of recruiting in global tech companies.

3+ years of human resources.

Experience in global recruiting - a must!

Deep knowledge of various sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub and more)

Result oriented and a self-starter who enjoys a challenge.

Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills.

A deep understanding of an exceptional candidate.

MBA in Behavioral Studies/Social Sciences/Organizational Development/other related fields.

Proactive approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
