As a Technical Project Manager, Client Onboarding, you’ll join our Customer Onboarding Team, to deliver quick time-to-value solutions via prescriptive onboarding to multiple security teams. You’ll own client engagement outcomes during the onboarding phase, partnering with the client and post-sales teams to set up clients for successful, long-term relationships with Recorded Future.

What You'll Do as a Technical Project Manager, Client Onboarding:

Expertly consult with clients on Recorded Future’s onboarding best practices, become a trusted partner

Set up the customer environment across the Recorded Future Portal, Recorded Future API for integrations, and other product sets as needed

Define an outcomes-based onboarding plan for new clients that achieves their objectives within the desired time frame, and shape their strategic account plan for the year

Use your understanding of the client's cyber security use cases and success criteria, as well as your overall knowledge/expertise in information security and threat intelligence to drive clients’ utilization of Recorded Future and integrations

Work cross-functionally within Recorded Future to identify opportunities and risks, and present recommendations and solutions

Speak prescriptively about best-practice onboarding and client-specific intelligence use cases

Ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer and effective handoff between support teams through the client lifecycle

Manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, keeping internal stakeholders up to date and on track

Conduct new user advance training with a focus on client’s priority use cases to ensure our clients are proficient using the Recorded Future Portal and show a high adoption rate during the onboarding (over 80%)

What you’ll bring to the Technical Project Manager, Client Onboarding role:

Knowledge

BS degree or 4 years of relevant work experience required

Certifications:

Security+ (Strongly recommended)

PMP (Strongly recommended)

Certified Analyst Lab (CAL) (required within the first 4 months)

Competencies:

Manage standard and/or premium accounts

Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods

Develop project execution strategy and timeline

Proficiency in client workflow discovery across all types of client team functions

Superb communication skills with an ability to convey complex concepts to all levels of personnel

Experience:

2-5 years of work experience in Information Security and/or Threat Intelligence

Product Implementation, Saas, and Customer Success experience

Extensive experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

Requirements:

Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, French, Spanish, German

Dubai-based, and able to work minimum of 3 days a week from our Dubai office
