Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located at Johannesburg. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project teams to ensure effective cost management and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

Cost Control, Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting skills

4-5 years' work experience

Experience in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers

Good communication and teamwork skills

Proficiency in relevant software and tools

Relevant certification or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

Experience in the construction industry is a plus
