Warehouse Supervisor

Huckberry is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and monitoring the productivity of associates. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees operations as a hands-on leader, serving and motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and fostering a positive team-building atmosphere.

This is a fast-paced environment where priorities can change at a moment’s notice, so an ability to multitask and delegate is essential with this role.

Responsibilities

On-floor supervision/monitoring for 90-100% of day

Assist with training associates in basic warehouse functions of picking/packing/shipping

Lead and delegate associates to individual tasks

Ensure required tools/materials are available to associates

Monitor associate attendance, productivity, and schedules

Meet the daily SLAs (service level agreements)

Maintain clear and consistent communication with management regarding daily operations

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience

At least 1 year of lead/supervisory experience

Reliable transportation (WH located at 4000 Creekside Parkway, Lockbourne, OH 43137)

Ability to stand for 7+ hours

Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment

Ability to give direct and constructive feedback

Ability to work 40-55 hours per week in Peak Season

Ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written forms with employees, peers, and management

Ability to work on Saturday
