International Graduate Programme - Continuous Improvement (

Join a group of highly motivated graduates from different locations over a period of 18 months!

Your mission:

Work with Mondi experts on exciting assignments in technology and operations relating to process optimizations, performance assessments, trouble shootings, feasibility studies, project management, quality, etc.

Rotate globally once or twice during the programme. Your location of work will be defined in close alignment between you and your manager.

Develop yourself, get to know the business and network with Mondi colleagues worldwide through onsite/online trainings, rotations, networking, and collaboration events.

Your profile:

Master’s degree in Engineering or a similar qualification (freshly graduated from university – maximum 2 years ago) - with a high interest in the field of quality and quality improvement.

It would be great if you already have a first relevant experience (e.g. internship), preferably in manufacturing operations.

Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Knowledge of TQM, LEAN and six Sigma.

We are looking for a candidate with knowledge of English and Dutch! Any additional language is a great plus. We also accept candidates who are fluent in English, combined with French.

You enjoy working with a multicultural team and have a goal-oriented mindset.
