Please note that we are an in-office company, which means the expectation is that you would come in to your Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.

About Tokyo

Applied Intuition entered the Japan market in 2019. The company has rapidly grown and established strategic relationships with major Japanese automotive OEM customers. Based in Otemachi area, the Tokyo site consists of more than 20 employees who previously come from Google, Mobileye, Tier IV and other renowned companies.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

Partner with key business and engineering leaders in expanding Applied Intuition's presence in Japan

Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting workload for various roles in sales, engineering and general administration

Collaborate closely with senior managers in the US to drive important decisions around hiring the right talent

Travel to Mountain View HQ for initial onboarding

We're looking for someone who has:

Strong desire to work for a high growth start up company

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English

Nice to have:

Recruiting in automotive industry

Experience working in software company
