Hiringboard-certified Physician Assistant toconduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, andcertain commercial plan members.

Flexible schedule- Day shift, Monday to Friday and weekendsavailable

Thesevisits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physicalevaluation performed in a health plan member's home. No prescribing or treating

Earn $1000 to $4000 each week ( Average 6-9 visits daily )

Additional pay for testing $5-$25

pay-per-test model ( for visits where the patient qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests )

Shifts available Monday - Sunday ( no nights/weekends required )

Must be willing to cover a 75 mile radius- but scheduled daily based on zip codes

Must have 5 days of availability per month

State Traveler positions available - lodging, rental car,flights provided as needed

Base Pay: $80.00 - $160.00 per completed visit + $40 per day daily stipend
