Description:

Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.

Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.

Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEOs business trips.

Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior management.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
