Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year A bit about us: Established in 1978.

Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and dynamic Entry-Mid Level Associate Attorney to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of Defense Litigation in the legal industry.

This is an entry to mid-level position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where every day brings new challenges and rewards.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys and partners to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a challenging environment and is eager to take on new tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities: Provide legal representation to clients in defense litigation matters, primarily focused on insurance defense.

Prepare and draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery.

Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies.

Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials in a professional manner.

Maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with ethical guidelines and firm policies.

Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.

Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Stay updated on the latest developments in defense litigation law and apply this knowledge in practice.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

Interest in or experience in insurance defense, medical malpractice and/or litigation defense.

Excellent legal research and writing skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in legal research tools and software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

High level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills.

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new legal and business challenges.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

License to practice in the state of FL.
