Project Manager

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 2-3 Years of Experience in Fire Protection System

a) Good Techno commercial knowledge, Able to manage All the Project independently & Lead the team of Project engineers

b) Responsible for Advance Daily planning of site activities, coordination for smooth execution of project

c) Preparing Bar Charts, Technical Submittal/Approval, Material Planning, Ensure timely completion of all projects.

d) Monitor / review operational costs and responsible for financial performance of projects.

e) Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination

f) Good communication and soft skills to Liaise with Client, consultants, architect, and contractors and handle all technical matters.

g) Must have relevant experience in Commissioning of following systems:

- Complete Fire Protection system (Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler System)

h) knowledge of AutoCAD & FIRE NORMS

i)Project/Site Planning, Co-ordination, Monitoring & Checking Quality of installation work, Inspecting, Managing Subcontractor, Manpower Controlling.
