Servicing Advisor / Client Services for Retirement Financial Planning Firm

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Servicing Advisor to join our team. As a Servicing Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing our client relationships. This position is not sales-focused; rather, it is centered on conducting comprehensive annual reviews with clients to assess their financial status and align their portfolios with their evolving needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Annual Client Reviews: Conduct thorough annual reviews with clients to evaluate their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment performance.

2. Education and Guidance: Provide clients with clear, concise explanations of financial concepts and strategies, empowering them to make informed decisions about their retirement savings.

3. Product Recommendations: Assess clients' needs and may recommend additional financial products or adjustments to their portfolios as deemed necessary, always prioritizing their best interests.

4. Relationship Building: Foster strong, enduring relationships with clients based on trust, integrity, and transparency.

Requirements:

• Life Insurance License: Hold an active life insurance license.

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

• Ethical Standards: Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all client interactions and financial recommendations.

Preferred:

• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, investment strategies, and retirement planning.

• Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated commitment to prioritizing clients' needs and fostering long-term relationships based on trust and integrity.

• Sales Experience (Preferred): While this role is primarily service-focused, prior experience in financial sales or advisory roles is advantageous.
