Job Description

We're a leading independent provider of music for the film, television, and advertising industries. Partnering with production houses, studios, online media, and more, our enterprises work closely with content owners to help maximize and enhance their content.

This position works to ensure outstanding sales efforts and customer service. Positional responsibilities revolve around supporting our sales team in the assigned divisions and providing exceptional customer service. In addition to fluency in English and Spanish, the ideal candidate will be able to interact effectively with both clients and team members, have a “can do” attitude and be able to manage expectations. Specific duties include:

Sales Assistant Role (estimated 60% of time)

Identify, research and enter leads using various platforms including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and others

Enter opportunities and assist with their progress through the sales pipeline includes: opportunity entry/maintenance, converting leads, creating client previews

Obtain and coordinate client documents required to close sales

Originate, maintain and update template sales documents

Enhance the teams’ travel efforts including scheduling, event marketing, traveling to the location (as needed), and any other arrangements needed for a successful visit

Interact with marketing team to coordinate and maximize efforts

Work with our Radio division to coordinate efforts in monetizing barter inventory

Write copy (English and/or Spanish) for email blasts, social media posts and similar.

Ensure quality and provision of information to salespeople including running and analysis of client usage reports and monitoring salesperson dashboards

Customer Service – Latin America (estimated 30% of time)

Serve as the primary point of customer service for our Latin American clients via email, phone, live chat and other means necessary to ensure client satisfaction.

Facilitate the cash collections process by monitoring past dues, sending invoices, reviewing reports and communicating with accounting and sales staff

Coordinate client distribution efforts with our team for any special distribution requests.

Other (estimated 10% of time)

Provide backup to Customer Service Manager including download approvals, releasing video content claims and other

Assist the team with our unlicensed usage detection monetization

Ensure proper marketing of our internally produced podcast

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish and English (written/spoken) – includes ability to write copy

Microsoft Office proficiency

Salesforce experience a plus

Heavy organizational skills

Ability to work effectively with people, successfully manage expectations, and work with many personalities and priorities

Proficiency with social media apps

Ability to travel domestically and abroad (Latin America)Company Description
