Operations Coordinator

Job Description

Gridiron IT is seeking to hire an Operations Coordinator in Reston, VA.

Responsibilities include:

· Review and collect time from Corporate Payroll System, coordinate time approval externally with our clients, and internally with account management.

· Compile and analyze timekeeping reports and maintain all related reports and supporting documentation.

· Check and audit timekeeping records for compliance. Identify potential errors and proactively work with employees and external project managers fixing discrepancies.

· Respond to consultant/employee and clients to inquiries related to timekeeping and reporting.

· Manage multiple tasks and projects with deadline.

· Perform administrative duties such as but not limited to answering and directing phone calls/emails, scheduling, booking travel, and generating requested reports.

· Support Executive Staff in creation of corporate communications and office management functions.

Requirements:

· Paycom or other timekeeping system experience.

· Knowledge of rules and regulations including the Fair Labor Standards Act and state policies relative to timekeeping.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Extensive knowledge of MS Office suite, office management systems and procedures.

· Ability to maintain confidential information.

· Hybrid schedule
