It is the responsibility of our Expert HVAC Service Technician to:

1. Diagnose, repair, and service HVAC components quickly and to our high standards

2. Follow a dynamic sales process to support customers looking to upgrade or replace their existing systems, or install new ones

3. Communicate frequently and clearly with the rest of the Green Comfort Nerds and the customer to ensure the highest company efficiency and customer service experience

4. Do all of the above with the highest level of integrity, professionalism, positive attitude, and safety

We often say the most dedicated & driven team members we have are our HVAC Service Technicians. They are willing to:

· Work in extreme temperatures for long periods of time to help our customers stay safe and cool.

· Comfortable adapting to work in a variety of environments, like confining spaces or high rooftop locations.

· Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift over 100 lbs.

· Have a satisfactory driving record and are able to drive for long periods of time

· Willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends during the busy seasons and can stay self-motivated, or take direction and be part of a team!
