Position Overview: The Accounts and HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting our organization's human resources and accounting functions. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to engage in a wide range of HR initiatives while ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts receivable and payable processes.

Location: Onsite at 37550 Ruben Lane, Sandy, OR 97055

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Salary: Depending upon experience

Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Proactively address employee relations concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

Conduct investigations of employee-related matters with professionalism and empathy.

Support performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback sessions.

Implement employee engagement initiatives to promote inclusivity and well-being.

Drive talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a smooth transition.

Deliver employee development programs to support career growth.

Conduct regular employee assessments and contribute to enhancing the employee experience.

Run payroll on a bi-weekly basis.

Facilitate and manage benefits programs.

Maintain records for all employees.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

Process invoices, disbursements, and revenue transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Collect revenue and resolve delinquent accounts.

Prepare financial reports and maintain accounting ledgers.

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain financial security and database backups.

Contribute to team efforts to achieve financial goals.

Prepare analytical reports as needed.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Associates Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree a plus).

3+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and talent management.

Experience in resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and coaching employees.

3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.

Proficiency in facilitating conversations and presenting to groups.
