Seasonal Summer Help, Part Time

Job Description

Busy Manufactured Housing Community in Browns Mills, NJ is seeking a seasonal part time helper who likes to work independently and as part of a team.

Candidate must have prior experience in exterior and interior painting, safely operate a push mower, gas hedge trimmer and weed whacker, be familiar with basic home repairs, able to help with community clean-up and common area maintenance. Mentorship and willing to train the right candidate.

Must have a smart phone and be able to do basic data entry on proprietary software for tracking daily schedules, inventory, time and attendance, ability to follow written instructions and good communication skills

Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds.

Approx 25hrs/wk
