Job Description
Looking for an administrative assistant to help with admin tasks for a small contracting company in Philadelphia. Must be familiar with QuickBooks online, it would also help to have experience with ADP and Google workplace. Most work could be remotely but would be beneficial to live near or have easy access to the art museum area of Philadelphia. Tasks would include but not limited to running payroll, paying subcontractors, transcribing audio notes, organizing and replying to emails, returning some phone calls, scheduling, collecting and filing receipts, keeping track of insurance certificates and timesheets.
