Job Description

We are looking for a skilled customer service professional to join our established, fast-paced auto, home and life insurance agency. Our agency focuses on providing outstanding customer service while supplying insurance knowledge and listening to client specific situations to properly align product coverage with need.

Responsibilities:

Greet walk–in clients

Answer phones

Process payments

Policy services (coverage changes on customers policies)

Qualifications:

Reliable and timely

Excellent customer service skills

Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Working days are Monday-Friday

Insurance license is required - We will help you obtain a license if you do not have one, but you must be willing to obtain a license.
