Sales Marketing Manager

SealKastle specializes in installations and restorations of outdoor surfaces such as interlocking, natural stone, concrete, and decks. We are looking for a marketing genius with a passion for selling who can help us increase our social media engagement, generate sales, and follow up on existing leads!

Responsibilities

Report to the Director of Sales and Marketing and CEO

Answer incoming phone calls from customers, and organize leads onto a spreadsheet

Follow up with existing leads

Must be able to visit job sites in the west GTA and Collingwood area to take videos for social media, hand out flyers, and do on-site samples for customers

Create social media videos and photo posts

Create and monitor Facebook ad campaigns

Copywriting for the website

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Experience in marketing or related field

Strong creative, analytical and communication skills

Proficient in Google Suite

Experience in sales preferred

Experience using Facebook Ads preferred

Knowledge of our services and landscaping is considered an asset

This is a full-time position with hours from 9:00 am-6:00 pm, 6 days a week with the possibility of working Sundays when going to job sites.

$67,200 a year or $25/h with piecework and commission on self-administered sales.
