Are you a customer service-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences? Join our team at Always Fresh BBQ Catering as a Server, where you'll have the opportunity to showcase your enthusiasm, reliability, and dedication while serving up mouthwatering barbecue delights to our valued clients!

As a Server, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by delivering top-notch service with a smile. From corporate functions to weddings, to school events and private parties, you'll work alongside our experienced team to create memorable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing assistance and answering questions about our menu offerings.

Assist with event setup, including arranging serving stations, organizing buffet displays, and ensuring proper presentation of food and beverages.

Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner, adhering to company service standards and etiquette.

Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including clearing tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting with cleanup after events.

Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and ensure seamless service throughout events.

Demonstrate a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues.

Requirements:

G2 or Full G Drivers licence and confortable with driving

.

Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred, but not required.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer service-friendly attitude.

Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors and team leaders.

Availability to work on-call for at least two days per week, including evenings and weekends.
