Job Description

We seek a new UPS Store Associate with experience doing printing, copying, and finishing jobs. to join our great team! We get great reviews from our customers. They consistently compliment us on how friendly and helpful we are...and how efficiently we get things done.

This is a Full-Time position for someone with some schedule flexibility. We need someone who can work a variety of shifts. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 Am to 7:00 PM. We are open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Your actual shifts may vary according to staffing needs.

We run a good print and copy business that we would like to expand. Your skills and experience can help us with that.

We have a professional development track and provide bonuses and commissions that will bring you to the equivalent of $16/hr or more.

(We have a shift differential on weekends that makes this attractive).

If you are legal to work in the USA, have a pleasant outlook on life, can lift and carry up to 35 lbs many times a day, can spend a lot of time standing and walking, and can get to work on time every day, are coachable and teachable, then you are a great candidate.

Here are the steps to getting hired:

1. Complete the applications in Zip Recruiter. If you answer yes to all the qualifying questions, you will be contacted and asked to call the store owner by phone.

2. Call the store owner by phone and have a conversation. If this goes well, you'll be asked to go to the store and meet with the store manager.

3. Go to the store and talk with the store manager. Get a feel for the place. Talk about how you'd fit into our excellent team. If this goes well, you'll be invited to start work with us.

4. Start work. You'll receive on-the-job training for a few days while you decide if this is right for you, and while we see how well you fit the job and fit the vibe of the business. If this goes well, you will work with us for a few weeks of a trial period before being put on the team.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, printing and copying, or other related fields

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and identify customer needs

Help customers with their needs

Explain products and services to customers

Ring up sales

Monitor inventory to ensure the products are in stock

Pack and process customer shipments

Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Help people fax or copy documents

Order and process print jobs for customers

Assist co-workers with various tasks

Keep the store and bathroom clean and attractive
