Project Manager - HeightZero

HeightZero is a technology platform that allows financial institutions the ability to invest in digital assets on behalf of their clients. HeightZero also offers token management to foundations and new digital assets which includes staking, vesting schedules, and numerous other services. We are actively seeking a Project Manager to support the HeightZero team coordinate with the development team and manage different projects and priorities.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives in building HeightZero’s features for financial institutions and foundations

Help execute the HeightZero roadmap but also be able to pivot as more pressing projects are presented

Own the roadmap, strategy, and execution for your area of ownership

Understand success for the team, determine metrics, and develop processes to measure progress towards HeightZero’s goals

Skills & Experience:

4+ years of experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues

Experience defining the vision and strategy for a product and a proven track record of bringing products to market

Excellent communication and organization skills

A jack-of-all trades with a get-things-done attitude — whether this be working on designs, writing up a QA plan, or investigating a client issue

Ability to drive team efficiency is a very fluid and rapidly changing environment

Obsessing over the details but also understanding how to ship on time

Desire to bring digital assets to the forefront of the global economy

Experience in Fintech, Tradfi, or Blockchain environments

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $120,000 - $140,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role's package.
