Position overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced full-time Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a medical office setting as well as customer service experience. This role involves managing front desk activities, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.

Manage appointment scheduling and update patient records.

Handle phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Verify demographic information and collect payments.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception and lounge area.

Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems proficiently.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience as a medical receptionist.

Strong customer service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using office software and electronic medical records.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Flexibility to work 5 days per week, with some Saturday mornings
