Our Restaurant Team Leaders / Food Service Shift Leaders have a dual role - youll serve as both a restaurant leader and a team member. As a leader, youll work closely with the Restaurant Manager ensuring all operating procedures are followed. Youll also assist with scheduling, training, and supervising Team Members.

As a Team Members are responsible for ensuring each customer enjoys an amazing experience. It starts with hot, freshly-prepared products, always using the highest quality ingredients, and it includes making sure our restaurants are always clean and family-friendly. Youll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other Team Members in a creative, supportive, fun, fast-paced environment, rich with teamwork and positivity.

Responsibilities:

Provide extraordinary hospitality and customer service

Establish and maintain positive, professional, and effective working relationships

Food preparation and delivery maintaining quality standards

Maintain open and professional communication with management and team

Complete daily work as assigned with a sense of urgency

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards

Supervise and lead a team

Fiscal responsibilities

Achieve and maintain required certifications

Requirements:

Must be able to stand during entire shift

Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push

Must be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.)

Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and product items

Frequent washing of hands

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age

High school diploma/GED

Solid communication skills and the ability to build and maintain an effective working relationship with management and co-workers

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong leadership skills

Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality setting a plus

Food Safety Certification preferred

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
