Angela Krause Ford Lincoln is seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor Custodian in our fast-paced, exciting Service Department. We look forward to welcoming you to the Krause Family!

Janitor Custodian – Job Responsibilities:

Perform general clean up of all areas of the building as directed

Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas and parking lot

Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders

Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up

Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests

Ensure waiting rooms are maintained and fully equipped

Clean glass windows and doors in the service department

Sweep and mop Service Drive, waiting areas, and the shop

Dispose of scrap metal/used parts

Dispose of used tires

Blow leaves out of service drive

Janitor Custodian – Requirements:

Detail-oriented and thorough

Willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises

Must be able to lift 30 pounds

Hands-on and team-oriented

Strong problem-solving capabilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership

Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements

Ability to work well under minimal supervision

Capacity to take direction

Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary
