About the job

Ana Luisa is looking for a creative and meticulous Jewelry PD Specialist to join our Sourcing team. This pivotal role entails driving the innovation and advancement of our upcoming product ranges, particularly in the realm of solid gold & fashion jewelry. It involves direct collaboration with vendors to ensure our products meet the high standards of quality, sustainability, and design that Ana Luisa is known for. You will initially report to the Senior Production Manager.

Please note that for this position, we are exclusively looking for candidates with experience in the jewelry industry (+2 years ideally).

What you’ll be responsible for:

Advance the development of new jewelry products from concept to production, with a focus on solid gold pieces, ensuring they meet Ana Luisa’s quality and sustainability standards.

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, including conducting regular visits to production sites to ensure ethical practices and quality control.

Collaborating with the design team to bring creative visions to life, providing insights on production feasibility, cost implications, and sustainability.

Managing product timelines, ensuring that development milestones and launch dates are met.

Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences in the sustainable jewelry space.

Working closely with the supply chain team to optimize production processes for efficiency and sustainability.

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Jewelry Design, Product Development, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in product development, preferably with a focus on jewelry, and solid gold jewelry experience is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of jewelry production techniques, materials, and ethical sourcing practices.

Proficiency in design and production software (e.g., PLM, OMS, EDI, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD).

Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

Creative thinking with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.

A passion for sustainability and ethical fashion.
