EARTH BOWL SUPERFOODS -We are looking for new team members who are customer service superstars! This position is being filled for our NEW LOCATION opening early July in FOOTHILL RANCH. Training at our Lake Forest store.

What You’ll Do:

● Take and fulfill guest orders online and in person

● Greet customers and create their custom orders

● Have a strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients and all allergens

● Prepare foods for the line, including knife handling

● Take initiative in a fast paced environment

● Maintain a clean workstation

● Maintain clean dining room

● Resolve guest concerns

Experience & Qualifications:

● 1-2 years Customer Service in a fast paced environment

● Excellent communication & relationship skills

● 1-2 years Food Service experience preferred

● Food handlers card required if hired, but not for interview

Physical Activity, Physical Requirements, Visual Acuity and Work Conditions:

1. The physical activity of this position.

A. Climbing. Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms. Body agility is emphasized. This factor is important if the amount and kind of climbing required exceeds that required for ordinary locomotion.

2. The physical requirements of this position. (Please check only one)

A. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
