What will I do as a Licensed Practical Nurse with Messiah Lifeways?
Want to expand your skills in a subacute setting? Join our rehab team! This role allows for the opportunity to work with lab draws, IV's, wound care/wound vacs, drains, expanding nursing assessment/evaluation skills.
Communicate and act as a liaison between team members and Clinical Manager or Supervisor.
Maintain accurate resident care records.
Review physician's orders and perform chart checks.
Observe and evaluate symptoms and conditions of residents and assure that families and physician(s) are updated and physician orders are followed.
Make accurate clinical assessments and observations in emergency medical situations.
What do I need as a Licensed Practical Nurse with Messiah Lifeways?
Current and valid LPN license in Pennsylvania.
Certified in CPR by an approved program that meets state and federal regulations.
One year of clinical experience is preferred.
