Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.

Provide feedback to management on customer trends, concerns, and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
