Get paid $25 to $28 per inspection as an SWPPP Inspector. Silver Leaf SWPPP is looking for a

self-motivated, enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan

(SWPPP) Inspector. The selected individual will assist with inspecting construction projects for

compliance with stormwater and erosion control regulations and is responsible for ensuring site

compliance with all applicable DEQ/EPA Regulations, General Permits, and the project’s

SWPPP.

This is primarily a field position requiring most work hours to be spent outdoors on project sites.

General or Residential Construction experience; Environmental Science, Mapping / Geography

degree or study preferred. Silver Leaf SWPPP is willing to train the right candidate and pay for

beginning and advanced certifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

● Provide project oversight and communicate necessary changes to the appropriate individuals.

● Read and understand civil construction plans and topographical maps to verify site

compliance.

● Identify BMP (Best Management Practices) issues and coordinate with BMP installers to

address items needed to bring the site back into compliance.

● Communicate inspection results with site contacts and or project managers.

● Complete Compliance Evaluation Reports via Electronic database.
