FedEx Delivery Driver

Job Description

A FedEx Ground contractor has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for full-time and part time delivery drivers in the San Antonio, TX area.

Delivery drivers will be operating out of the San Antonio terminal (located at 6808 Ascot Park Dr, San Antonio, TX 78238) delivery routes servicing commercial, residential, and military areas. Our drivers will be operating larger step vans provided by the employer.

CDL License is NOT Required!

Pay: Starting pay $150/day (based on experience), stop pay incentives

Work Hours: 8AM - 5-6PM depending on load

Schedule: 3-5 day work week with weekend availability

Delivery Driver Requirements:

Clean Motor Vehicle Record

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older

1 Year of verifiable job-related driving experience preferred but not required

Must be willing to undergo a background check

Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)

Physically able to manage packages up to 150 pounds

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

Arrive at San Antonio FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages

Loading and unloading packages from the truck

Make approx 200 stops a day to destinations accurately using a GPS system

Scan and Log Packages

Our FedEx Ground company is looking for people who have been Local Drivers, Route Drivers, Truck Drivers, Couriers, Pick Up Drivers, Delivery drivers - and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies is a plus.
