$50,000+ yearlyResponsibilities:
Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
Field inquiries about new and used cars, vehicle performance, and purchasing processes to uphold customer satisfaction
Arrange test drives, demos, and other presentations to showcase vehicle features and impress potential buyers professionally
Welcome customers to the showroom floor with professionalism and offer assistance to support auto sales
Uphold customer satisfaction standards throughout the sales negotiation process to honor dealership policies
Qualifications:
Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
Two years of previous sales experience
A clean driving record is mandatory
Sales experience in a showroom or auto dealership setting preferred
