Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claim reporting.

Policy Review: Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure they have adequate coverage for their needs.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and efficient manner to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Customer Education: Educate clients on insurance products, coverages, and options to help them make informed decisions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and documentation of all interactions and transactions.

Cross Selling/Upselling: Using the current book of business to recognize cross selling / upselling.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Michigan Property & Casualty License required.

Previous experience with Allstate insurance is a bonus.

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance-related roles preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and policy details.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
