Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3-5 years apartment maintenance experience with 2 years of proven experience.

Prefer HVAC certification (not required)

Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock and appliances

Ability to prioritize work

Good customer service skills

Inspect grounds, buildings and other community features, manage the turn-key operations and work directly with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor

Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills

Work with inside warehouse staff in ordering supplies and keeping property supplies stocked

Reliable transportation and provide own tools

Must be able to climb ladders and stairs

Ability to take after hours on-call emergencies when needed

Must have valid driver's license

Location of work case by case.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring future sponsorship for employment visa status

Candidate must have valid Driver's License and proof of insurance.
