Job Description
The Green House restaurant in Wilmington, NC is looking for one line cook to join our 30 person strong team.
All applicants should be well-rounded in cooking methods and techniques; have strong leadership skills; the ability to delegate, as well as perform the duties of the executive chef in his absence; have working knowledge of health department regulations and universal precautions; be able to follow and adapt recipes through the use of basic math skills; exhibit proficiency and flexibility with an ability to perform all stations as necessary; and have 3 years in kitchen management experience.
