Project Overview/Impact on the Organization

This role will get to work on several of our client's flagship customer facing applications, and will be responsible for building advanced observability and monitoring frameworks. The day-to-day will involve heavy use of technologies like Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, ServiceNow, Datadog, GCP, AWS, BigQuery, MySQL, and more

Must-Have Skillsets

Strong proficiency in AWS and GCP.

Strong hands-on experience with observability and monitoring practices

In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and container management.

Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code practices.

Grafana, Prometheus

Nice to Have Skillsets

Prior experience in a highly regulated or security-focused industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with certifications in cloud or security domains.

Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Built dashboards in Grafana

Worked with Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, Python Scripts, etc.
