Commercial Project Manager
Primary Job Function: The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for estimating commercial projects and plans, coordinating, executing, maintaining, and managing an effective field construction by utilizing the necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, subcontractors and other resources to effectively perform the scope of work within an allotted budget and time schedule.

Work Hours: 7:00 am-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime, weeknights and weekends.
Required Qualifications:
2+ Years Project Management experience
Associate degree in related discipline
Commercial HVAC Experience
Construction management experience
Knowledge of the construction process (RFI, RFP, Change orders etc.)
Valid Driver's License
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills (proficiency with MS Office)
Strong attention to detail
Well organized and ability to work independently
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of Project management experience
Bachelor's degree in related discipline
5+ years experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other construction trades
Work Environment
This job operates in both a professional office environment and outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This job also routinely uses tools such as box cutters, paper cutters and laminators. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee must have the ability to access heights via ladders or scaffolding. The employee is exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
