The Systems Administrator & Integrator role is a full-time position within the Product Operations department at Five9, focusing on the management, administration, and integration of critical systems to enhance product functionality and support. This individual will play a key role in administering systems like Aha and Gainsight PX, and integrating these platforms with JIRA, Launchdarkly, and other essential tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. The role demands close collaboration with product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and to support product readiness and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage Aha and Gainsight PX platforms, ensuring their optimal performance and alignment with Five9 product operations.

Integrate Aha and Gainsight PX with JIRA, Launch darkly, and other relevant systems to facilitate efficient workflow and information sharing across platforms.

Develop and maintain automation workflows in conjunction with IT to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the product operations department.

Produce and maintain documentation and reference materials for system administration and integration processes, supporting go-to-market readiness.

Monitor and report on the status of integrations, including troubleshooting and resolving any integration issues.

Facilitate the adoption of Gainsight PX features into the product development life cycle and track compliance across the Product Department

Work closely with product managers to maintain feature and product status, ensuring consistent communication across the organization and to customers.

Key Qualifications:

5-10 of relevant experience in systems administration and integration, with a preference for experience in Aha, Gainsight PX, JIRA, and Launchdarkly.

Proven experience in managing workflow systems, with a preference for those proficient in Workato.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex systems integration projects, with a strong understanding of software configuration and integration best practices.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of integrated platforms.

Required Specialization/Certification:

Strong familiarity with Five9 systems is highly preferred.

Advanced skills in creating presentations and artifacts, including proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to produce meaningful charts, statistics, and reports.

Previous experience with issue management platforms, particularly JIRA, is required.

Experience in building and maintaining reports across various platforms is essential.

Educational Attainment:

A college degree is preferred, ideally in a field related to information technology, computer science, or system engineering.

10+ years of professional experience in systems administration, integration, or a related role within a technology or enterprise software company
