Five9 is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Program Manager to join our Product Operations department. This critical role will be responsible for managing and executing New Product Adoption revenue initiatives for our new and existing products, directly impacting our customer's success and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management within an enterprise software environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Program Management: Design and execute comprehensive sales programs around New Products. Develop tailored strategies to engage with early adopters within the enterprise contact center space, encourage early adoption and gather valuable feedback for product improvement.
-Trial Program Management: Ensure a seamless trial experience, addressing any issues promptly and collecting feedback to refine our offerings. Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of product trials with potential clients.
- Leadership Collaboration: Maintain a regular cadence with core team members and senior leadership to report and communicate on program progress, sales metrics, and outcomes.
- Marketing and Communication: Collaborate with marketing and other teams to drive communication efforts to Five9 customers, promoting new product and trial opportunities.
- Resource Alignment: Ensure proper alignment of implementation resources to deliver programs at scale, meeting customer expectations and program timelines.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in sales program management, preferably within the enterprise contact center industry.
Proven track record of driving early adoption, trial success, and mass adoption of technology solutions.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
