POSITION OVERVIEW:**
Participate in implementing the Digital Delivery plan, ensuring design documents and templates meets quality standards for clients and PARSONS. Collaborate with the BIM Leads, CAD/BIM Specialists, Project Managers, and Design Team.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** :
+ Acting as the main contact for any updates on CAD/BIM procedures, collaborating daily with the Design Team and CAD/BIM Specialists.
+ Performs **QA/QC of design documents** for compliance with Client requirements, including Client and PARSONS quality procedure.
+ Supervises and participate in the production of drawings and ensures that all project information changes are accurately implemented in the drawings, well-documented, and communicated to the relevant Design Teams.
+ Prepares, creates, and maintains **Base Plan** , **Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP)** , **CAD / Revit Titleblocks** , and follows up with the Design Team to ensure documents are updated in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), CAD/BIM standards, Document Naming Convention.
+ Reviews design documents issues to verify that they are monitored, resolved, closed out promptly, and appropriately documented and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field (or equivalent work experience) and **8+** overall years of related work experience in the field of creating Project Drawings, QA/QC and coordination.
+ CAD, BIM, Software Certification
**SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:**
+ Understanding of Quality Management practices, processes, and technology.
+ Extensive experience in creating Drawings, CAD/Revit Titleblocks, and MIDP.
+ Effective communication and collaboration with diverse professionals.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and Analytical skills to implement document standards quickly in a fast-paced environment.
+ Computer proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
+ Thorough attention to detail.
+ Knowledge of ISO19650 Standards is advantageous.
