Key accountabilities

Always ensures the delivery of exceptional guest service, providing friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, seating, and waiting on all guests.

Handles, or relays to Outlet Managers all guest and internal customer feedback, and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Conducts regular trainings to employees on preparation, service, and menu pairing related to the beverage menu.

To exceed guest expectations with service, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles, focusing on the core principles and looks for improvement for better service standard with a general theme of anticipating the guests' needs.

Observes and maintains daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the bar beverage station, public area and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed.

Ensures that the bar/beverage preparing stations, glassware, bar equipment, bottle displays are ready, garnishes are cut, fresh pre-service and refreshments are done during service.

Ensures that consistency and correct service techniques for all meal periods to be followed by all staff members when preparing or serving a cocktail.

General requirements

Excellent beverage knowledge. Possess knowledge of cocktail preparation.

Good organization skills & Time management.

Good trainer skills in order to ensure service excellency.

Good hands-on service.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations (Hotel based or Standalone).

Driven by precision and excellence.

Excellent communication skills. Good collaboration skills with others.
