Key Accountabilities :

Propose a strategy for activating your segments autonomously in order to achieve and exceed the hotel's objectives while optimizing its profitability, in accordance with the quantified objectives.

Participate in the implementation of the budget and commercial policy.

Proactively generate sales opportunities for the hotel, across attribution segments through a targeted and strategic approach.

Manage and monitor your accounts and segments monthly and propose corrective actions if necessary.

Participate in local and international trade shows, roadshows, business trips or familiarization trips to increase our awareness, build and maintain a strong relationship with customers.

Respond to all requests within 24 hours and ensure exemplary follow-up with each customer.

Track lost business and share their analysis with the sales, events and revenue departments to implement appropriate corrective actions.

Ensure smooth and accurate communication within all relevant departments of the hotel.

Promote the hotel's image and lead the preparation of marketing proposals and presentations to recruit new prospects.

Be aware of all market trends and share them with the team so that collective action can be implemented.

Maintain an impeccable database system and activity reports.

General requirements :

You have a hotel, business or management background.

You must have experience in the MICE or Diplomatic segment in luxury, lifestyle or leisure hotels.

You can communicate sustainably orally and in writing in English and French.

Creative and with a smiling personality, you are autonomous, proactive, versatile and your team spirit is well established.
