Job Details:

Are you a skilled Mechanic/Technician with a passion for the scientific industry? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team. This full-time, permanent role is a unique opportunity to work on state-of-the-art scientific equipment and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of high-tech mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulic equipment, PLC, controls, vision systems, and production equipment such as cappers, labelers, cartoners, and bundlers.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance checks on all equipment, identifying potential issues and implementing preventative measures.

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and PLC systems.

Operate and maintain aseptic production equipment such as cappers, labelers, cartoners, and bundlers.

Utilize vision systems to monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments.

Provide training to other team members on the operation and maintenance of various equipment.

Work closely with other departments to ensure equipment efficiency and productivity.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and training activities.

Comply with all safety and operational guidelines and procedures.

Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates and reports as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanic/Technician in the scientific industry or a related field.

Proven experience with hydraulic equipment, PLC, controls, and electrical systems.

Experience with aseptic production equipment such as cappers, labelers, cartoners, and bundlers.

Proficiency with vision systems.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively train others.

Bilingual skills are a significant asset.

ASEPTIC experience is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong commitment to safety and quality.
