Job Details

Responsibilities:

Your role as a Technical Program Manager will include but not be limited to:

1. Overseeing all aspects of technical projects, including initiating programs, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out.

2. Coordinating with various teams to identify requirements, define project resources, and schedule project timelines.

3. Ensuring programs and projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.

4. Developing and managing program budgets and driving the execution of project plans.

5. Ensuring compliance with PCI DSS and other relevant industry standards and regulations.

6. Facilitating communication and collaboration among diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.

7. Identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and issues.

8. Preparing and presenting project updates to stakeholders, including team members, managers, and executives.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree or an MBA is a plus.

2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in the energy industry.

3. Experiance with POC systems such as Verifone, NCR, Aloha or Gilbarco

4. Strong knowledge of PCI DSS and other relevant industry standards and regulations.

5. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

6. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

8. Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
