The primary responsibilities will encompass various aspects of administrative support, invoice management, payment processing, and scheduling. The Commercial Division Administrative Specialist should be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Invoice Management
Download and upload invoices to multiple online portals and platforms
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create consolidated invoices, streamlining billing processes
Payment Processing
Receive and accurately apply electronic payments to customer accounts
Account Scheduling
Assist in manually scheduling commercial accounts, optimizing resource allocation
Account Receivables
Collaborate with the team to collect outstanding invoices, contributing to healthy cash flow management
Adaptability
Demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire new skills and adapt to changes in our dynamic work environment
Compliance
Strictly adhering to all company policies, procedures, guidelines, and promoting a culture of accountability and professionalism
Required Experience:
Minimum Qualifications
