Job Summary:
The Pharmacist in Charge oversees the operations of all departments within the company including pharmacy, nursing, administrative, and sales in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures. The Pharmacy Manager oversees and evaluates the financial status of the company, communicates with the corporate office as needed on issues of finance, performance improvement, sales, or clinical implementation of therapies.

8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
Week day and weekends on-call requirement
This is an in-office position with no remote capabilities

Job requirements:
Graduate from School of Pharmacy
3-5 years Clinical pharmacy experience.
Familiar with USP 797 Compliance
Louisiana license Registered Pharmacist
Able to communicate with Pharmacy Department personnel to delegate duties, inform and train on policies and procedures.
Able to communicate with physicians and other allied health professionals regarding patient care issues.
Able to communicate with customers and in-clinic patients to handle complaints and problems, assist with questions, and recommend products/recommendations.

Up to $145,000.00 per year
